Shipping policy

Orders placed before 3pm PST ship the same day Monday-Friday. Any order after that time will ship the following business day. If your purchase is during the weekend, your package will ship the following business day.

Pre-orders

For TCG pre-orders we ship items to arrive on or after the release date, never before.

All items within an order ship at the same time. If you have a mixed cart with pre-orders and in-stock items be aware that your entire order will not ship until ALL items are available to ship. If you wish for in-stock items to ship immediately make sure to order them separately from pre-order items.
